Service boundaries: Water-balancing chemicals are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation. Replacement filters and any required parts are charged separately and will be discussed or quoted before supply. Safe access and any agreed water, hose, drainage and electricity arrangements must be available for the visit. We specialise in cleaning and maintenance rather than technical repairs.
