Hot tub cleaning
About our cleaning service
We provide one-off hot tub deep cleans, drain and refill services, filter cleaning, water-care support and regular quarterly maintenance for domestic customers, holiday lets and businesses.
A deep clean typically includes draining the hot tub, cleaning the shell and waterline, cleaning the filters, flushing the pipework where appropriate, refilling and balancing the water. The exact work included will be confirmed in your quotation.
The time required depends on the size and condition of the hot tub, access to the property and the work needed. We will provide an estimated duration before the appointment.
Yes. We can inspect the condition of the water and hot tub, carry out the appropriate cleaning service and advise on the next steps. More serious contamination or equipment faults may require additional work.
Yes. Filter cleaning can be included as part of a hot tub service. We can also advise when a filter appears worn or needs replacing.
J5 Spa Services specialises in cleaning and maintenance rather than technical repairs. If we identify a likely fault, we can explain what we have found and help direct you to an appropriate repair specialist.
We can work with most domestic hot tub brands. Providing the make, model and photographs when enquiring helps us prepare for the appointment.
