How do I request a quote?

Complete the website enquiry form with your postcode and equipment details, or message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab). Photographs are helpful where available. Josh will review the enquiry and we normally respond within one working day. Neither route confirms an appointment.

Do you clean and maintain ice baths?

Yes. We provide one-off ice bath deep cleans, drain and refill services, filter cleaning, water-care support and regular maintenance. The service available will depend on the type of ice bath and its filtration or circulation system.

What is included in an ice bath deep clean?

An ice bath deep clean may include draining the unit, cleaning and sanitising the internal surfaces, cleaning the filter where applicable, cleaning accessible circulation components, refilling and balancing the water. The exact work included will be confirmed in your quotation.

How much does an ice bath clean cost?

Ice Bath Cleaning is £149. Send the make, model, condition, filtration details, postcode and photographs where possible so we can confirm suitability and any additional requirements before booking.

Can you provide regular ice bath maintenance?

Yes. Regular maintenance can be arranged for suitable domestic and commercial ice baths. The recommended frequency will depend on usage, water-care requirements and the type of equipment installed.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Payment is normally due once the agreed service has been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Are chemicals, filters and parts included?

Water-balancing chemicals are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation. Replacement filters and any required parts are charged separately and will be discussed or quoted before supply.

What if I need to change an appointment?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This operational policy does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.
